Soundside Construction was contracted by the owners
to give this home a more personal feel when they decided to convert it from a
rental property to their own vacation getaway.
The backyard was transformed into an entertainment paradise
by adding a cabana equipped with custom cabinets,
sink and concrete counters with a gas hook-up for grilling.
Later the kitchen was expanded to accommodate new custom cabinets,
state-of-the-art appliances, granite counters, and
a ceramic tile back-splash. Reclaimed heart pine floors
replaced existing carpeting to complete this stunning transformation.
